Our Approach

We believe that life shouldn’t be about chasing health. Instead, ‘movement ability’ should provide you with the foundation you need to live your passion with ease, enjoyment and freedom. We start by understanding where you are at, so we can create a personalized plan to get you where you want to be.

Our Treatments

We use physical adjustments to remove the pain and interference in your spine and nervous system that could be holding you back. Whether you enjoy a satisfying ‘pop’ or prefer a more gentle approach, we use safe techniques to facilitate healing, alignment and ease in the relationship between your spine and nervous system.

Your treatment may combine a variety of chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue release, stretches or prescribed exercises. Our care recommendations are logical and based around science, chiropractic principles, and mobility principles from functional movement systems.

What to expect.

We’ll discuss your health history, your concerns and your wellbeing goals. We’ll then undertake a thorough chiropractic examination, posture and movement assessment, neurological testing and X-rays where necessary. This consultation allows us to get a clear understanding of where you are at today, so we can create a plan that helps you explore greater wellbeing, long term.

We’ll talk through our findings from your Initial Consultation, and provide you with our recommendations for a care plan moving forward. Your personalized program could include spinal adjustment visits, specific postural or movement exercises, or recommendations for other modalities that could support you; such as, yoga, pilates or massage.

Reviewing your progress towards your goals is important so we can understand where adjustments to your care may need to be made. We’ll generally schedule a re-examination around 6-12 weeks after your Initial Consultation, and evaluate how changes to your comfort, posture and mobility are tracking.
